One analytics tool, one cookie, and no recording of anything you do on screen. This notice states what the site was observed doing rather than what a template says it might.

What happens when you open a page

What is stored on your device
One cookie and a matching local storage entry, both set by the analytics tool below. They hold a random device identifier and a session identifier. Neither contains your name, your address, or anything you typed. Separately, choosing the light or the dark ground writes one entry keyed koinon-theme, which never leaves your browser. Clearing site data removes all of it.

Product analytics
The site uses PostHog to count which pages are read and which links are used, and to record errors when a page fails. It does not record your screen: session replay is disabled in the source rather than by a setting elsewhere, and the recorder never loads. Surveys are disabled the same way, so nothing will interrupt you. If your browser sends a do-not-track signal, PostHog is told to honour it and collects nothing.

Where the analytics data goes
To PostHog Inc. in the United States, at us.i.posthog.com. Australian Privacy Principle 8 treats that as a disclosure overseas, which is why it is named here rather than left in a list of processors. PostHog handles what it receives under its own privacy policy.

Server logs
The hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which include the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested, and the browser user agent. They are deleted automatically after twelve months. These exist so the service can be operated and abuse can be investigated. They are not linked to anything else and are not used to build a profile.

Booking a diagnostic
The booking widget is operated by cal.com, a third party, and clicking through to it leaves this site. If you book, cal.com collects your name, your email address, your timezone, and anything you type into the booking form, and it handles that information under its own privacy policy. Choosing not to use it costs you nothing, and the address on sheet 04 starts the same conversation.

Email
Anything you send by email is kept while the conversation is live and for as long as a record of the engagement is needed. It is not added to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add it to.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988
The Australian Privacy Principles give you the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be corrected, and to complain about how it was handled. All three go to [email protected], which is a separate address from the one on sheet 04 so a privacy request is handled as one rather than in the middle of a sales thread. You will get an answer within one business day. If the answer does not resolve it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints directly.

Ask, and you get a straight answer.
A question about what is held, a correction to make, or a complaint about how something was handled. All three reach the same address, and none of them needs a form.
